Annual Meeting Registration

Athletic Directors’ Annual Meeting

The meeting will be held from 1:00pm September 26, 2011 to 1:00pm September 27, 2011.

Faculty Athletics Representatives Annual Meeting

The meeting will be held from 12:00pm September 25, 2011 to 12:00pm September 26, 2011.

Accommodations

Rooms are reserved at the DFW Lakes Hilton, 1800 Hwy. 26E, Grapevine, TX 76051; Phone: 817.481.8444. Room Rate $195 per night.

Do not contact hotel directly for reservations. A room will be held for you upon registration. You may pay upon arrival.

Note: Those not using accommodations should send a day rate of $75 per day to the D1A Athletic Directors’ Association, 920 S. Main Street, Suite 100, Grapevine, TX, 76051.

Registration Cancellation

Registrations must be cancelled by September 20, 2011 or the participant will be billed for 1 night’s lodging.

Ground Transportation

Free ground transportation is available by using the courtesy phones in the Baggage Claim area of the DFW Airport, by direct connection to the hotel. A shuttle will be sent upon request.
